Preparación de la receta
1
In a bowl put the minced meat, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and black pepper. Stir everything very well and cut the final result in 4 equal parts.

2
Then we take a mold or try to make two equal hamburgers. Inside we fill each one with 3 slices of goat cheese and we put another hamburger on top and seal the sides well with our fingers so that the cheese does not escape.

3
When the burgers are well closed, leave them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

4
We turn on the oven at 180° to preheat for 10 minutes heat up and down. In a frying pan pour olive oil and put the hamburgers. WARNING: set the temperature to maximum because what we want is to seal the hamburger since it will be cooked in the oven.

5
We put in the oven the two hamburgers once sealed on each side, on parchment paper and let it first 5 minutes in the oven 180 ° heat up and down. Meanwhile in the pan we put the bacon and onion to brown, at the same time we cut tomato and lettuce.

6
When the first 5 minutes in the oven have passed (leave it longer if it is still too raw), take out the hamburgers and add two slices of cheddar cheese on top, put it back in the oven for 5 more minutes at the same temperature as before.

7
In the meantime we used the leftovers from the frying pan to pour white wine to make a reduction (sauce). When it has reduced we have added a pinch of spelt flour to thicken it, and whole milk.
8
We toast the bread in the toaster (we have used 100% whole wheat bread from hacendado but it does not appear in the app). Then we put a layer of cheese spread, lettuce, tomato, hamburger, red onion, bacon, and sauce (which will be impregnated on top of the hamburger bun) and that's it. Enjoy!

PS: We have cooked this burger so that it is cooked to perfection, if you want it more or less done just change the baking time. Bye!
