Preparación de la receta
1
Soak the dates in hot water.
2
Mix the oat flakes with the oil, milk and date paste (you can also mix it with some nut cream). It should have a consistency of granola. Put baking paper and spread the dough on the base of our bowl sealing it well.
3
Mix the whipped cream cheese with the cream cheese and cream.
4
With the hand blender grind the soaked dates until you get a paste (I give you the two options to make the date paste or if you have already made it integrate it in this step). Mix the paste with the cheese and add the eggs.
5
Add the fresh cheese and the grated cheese, continue blending. Taste if it is sweet or not and correct.
6
Put the mixture in the mold and then in the oven preheated to 190 degrees with heat up and down and fan. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
7
Allow to cool for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
