The night before we fill a glass with half of walnut drink (it can be another of your choice) and half of Greek yogurt. Add a tablespoon of chia and a teaspoon of date paste (previously made). Cover and put in the fridge.

The next step we can leave it done the night before or start with it at the beginning of the preparation of breakfast. It is to make chocolate soil by mixing well 1 tablespoon of 100% cocoa, 1 tablespoon of oat flour and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil. We will spread the mixture on a plate and let it refrigerate to harden (later it will be enough to scrape the plate with a spoon to obtain the chocolate soil).

Cut 1/2 apple and 1/2 peach (it can be a single piece of whole fruit and can be almost any type of fruit) into thin slices. We put it in the micro for about 2 minutes and as soon as we take it out we grate an ounce of chocolate on top.

With all the elements prepared, assemble the bowl. Place the fruit with chocolate on one side of the bowl and pour the yogurt mixture, date nut drink and chia on the bottom, which will serve as a base. Then place the chocolate soil on one side of the mixture and the whole or chopped walnuts on the other. Finally, optionally, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top of all the ingredients.
