Cut the zucchini into spaghetti shapes with the appropriate utensil.

Chop leek and garlic

Add a few drops of oil in a frying pan, sauté the leek and garlic. Once poached add the diced ham and sauté for a few more minutes (according to taste). Finally add the zucchini spaghetti and cook everything together for 3 minutes (I like them to be al dente and not to release too much water).

In another pan add a few drops of oil and heat. Add the flour and add the almond drink little by little and stirring constantly until we get the desired consistency for the béchamel sauce.

We put together and ready to eat!
