In a bowl, heat water in the microwave without boiling and add the yeast with a pinch of flour, mix until it dissolves well.

In a larger bowl put all the flour together with the salt, make a volcano and make a hole in the center.

Add the first mixture with the spoonful of EVOO inside our volcano and mix.

Once everything is well integrated, cover it with a cloth and let it rest for at least 1 hour.

Once the hour has passed, we make a ball and shape our pizza. To mold it better we put flour on our hands and on the base on which we are going to extend it.

Add the toppings, and place in the oven at 200 degrees with the heat up and down for 40 minutes.
