Peel and cut the apples into squares.

In a bowl, mix the water with the cinnamon, the starch (it can be any starch) and the lemon juice (or any citrus fruit).

Put the apple in an ovenproof bowl and mix it with the previous mixture until the apple is well impregnated.

While the apple is cooking, mix the remaining ingredients (oats, flour, date paste, cashew nuts, oil, vegetable drink (or milk) and a pinch of salt) in a bowl.

Once the apple cooking time is over, put the crumble (previous mixture) on top and cook it for 20 minutes more).

After the time has elapsed, program 2 more minutes with the grill mode to toast the crumble.

Remove, let cool, and serve with iogurt (in my case coconut).
