Mix all the ingredients except the banana in a bowl, mix them very well so there are no lumps. I used a hand mixer, but you can do it manually.

Cut the banana into slices

Pass the banana through the dough and "smear" it well, and throw it in the pan a little greased, I put a little coconut oil. Turn and flip it until it is golden brown and pass it to the plate. Do the same with all the banana slices.

Transfer to the plate, decorate to taste (I put a little honey and grated chocolate 85%...). And enjoy!!!!!
