- Cook the broccoli and mash it with a fork. Make sure it is finely chopped. Drain it well to remove as much water as possible. - Add the beaten egg, salt and spices and mix well with the broccoli. We add flour until we see that the dough is gaining consistency and no longer has excess water. - Grease a non-stick frying pan and spread the dough in as thin a layer as possible. Cook over high heat for about 8 minutes on each side, until we see that it is done. - Add the toppings you want, lower the heat, cover the pan and let them cook to taste.
