The first thing to do is to cook the chard. I have removed the stalk, but we will not throw it away, since we can use it for other recipes. Meanwhile, put oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and the chopped garlic, let it fry until the onion becomes transparent. On the other hand, add spelt flour, eggs and grated cheese in a bowl, along with a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are integrated.

When the onion and garlic is done, add it to the mixture we had in the bowl. Once the chard is also done, and when it cools down, chop it into small pieces and put it back into the previous bowl and mix well so that everything is well integrated.

The last step is to put a splash of AOVE in a frying pan and fry giving the shape you want. Turn over so that they are golden on both sides. Enjoy! They are really delicious! For those who do not like chard, this is an excellent option!
