In a bowl, mix the flour and baking soda. In another bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.

Mix the banana with the eggs, the date paste (make sure it is light, reduce it with water, so that it looks like syrup) and the oil.

Add the flour with the baking soda, the oat milk and the chopped chocolate.

Place the dough in the capsules (if it is too thick, add a little more oat milk). Pour over the oat flakes and a little more chocolate chips.

Bake at 180° for 22 min. heat up and down.
