Grind the oat flakes, they do not have to be super ground.

We mix all the ingredients, dry and wet separately and then both (the chocolate in ounces we keep for later). ❗The milk is in grams, not in ml.

We will get a sticky dough, we make small balls and flatten them (with wet hands the dough does not stick between the fingers).

We put in the oven (already preheated) 190 degrees, upper and lower heat for about 15 minutes.

Grate the chocolate with a grater and when you take the cookies out of the oven sprinkle the grated ounce on top. From the same heat it will melt.
