Cut well all the vegetables that we are going to use, you can use a mincer to make it finer. We put everything on the fire and let it poach. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Let it cook for about 5 minutes over medium high heat and then add the bacon cubes.

Leave on the heat for another 5 minutes and then add the beaten fresh cheese and the previously cut cheese. We let it all integrate well over medium-low heat. Add the rest of the spices to taste, nutmeg and turmeric.

In the meantime, we make the quiche dough. In a bowl, put the flour, water, oil and a pinch of salt and integrate everything well. We help ourselves with a spatula and then with our hands. Once we have a ball, we extend it with the help of a rolling pin on the table in a circular way. Once it is stretched very thinly, we put it in a circular container with baking paper.

We will have our filling ready, so in a bowl we beat an egg and the egg whites together with our mixture. Here we can add more cheese if we want.

With our oven preheated to 180 degrees, we pour our mixture over the dough (previously with the help of a fork we have pricked the dough, to prevent it from inflating) and spread everything well over the surface. We put in the oven at 180 degrees, heat up and down and leave about 15/20 minutes or when you see that it has curdled and taken color. You can add cheese on top, it will be great ☺️
