Preparación de la receta
1
Mix two 🥚 L together with the sweetener. Add 20 gr. of melted butter once cold. Add 180gr. of sifted oat or buckwheat flour together with pure cocoa (20gr.) and a pinch of salt. Add 170ml. of warm water and mix everything. Pour one or two spoonfuls in the non-stick frying pan and spread well over the whole surface, lifting a little the handle to make thin pancakes in order to give a rose shape.

2
Whip the cream or whipped cheese with pieces of fruit or sweetener to taste to fill the first four crepes and make a base. Fold them as in the photo and overlap them in the same way adding more filling to act as glue. Roll them up and stand them on a plate or round mold to make the heart of the flower 🌹. Repeat the process with the rest of the crepes one at a time and go gluing on the base with a little cream to continue simulating the petals. Finish by adding parchment paper to hold and shape the rose by folding the edge of the crepes down a little. Refrigerate for a couple of hours in the fridge to set before serving.

3
Optionally add a little cocoa powder and/or edible glitter before serving and decorate with some pretty paper on the base to give as a gift. Serve well chilled so that it comes out clean cut and looks beautiful 😍😋.
