Homemade pizza with whole wheat and whole wheat spelt dough

Knead all the ingredients together. I used the bread machine to mix the ingredients initially but then I kneaded by hand for 6-8 minutes. 🔻 I added the toasted sesame seeds almost at the end.

Let rise in a bowl covered with a clean cloth for about 1 hour. ‼️Consejo: look for an area where the room temperature is warm. If it is not possible as in my case because in Asturias today it was already cold 😅 I heated a glass of water in the microwave 2 minutes, remove and put the bowl with the dough, so it will be at a warmer temperature ☺️

Once it has approximately doubled in size, shape the pizza and let it rise for about 20-30 min.

Preheat the oven to 220° and bake the dough for 5 minutes.

Remove and add the desired topping. In this case I used: ➡️ Homemade tomato sauce (the thicker the better!) seasoned with onion powder, oregano and Italian spices from Lidl. ➡️ Mushrooms ➡️ Chicken breast with spices to taste (garlic, onion powder) ➡️Pimientos roasted red peppers ➡️Bacon ➡️ Black olives

Bake for about 15 minutes at 225°. Remove from the oven and add the grated cheese (I used grated mozzarella from Lidl). Bake again for about 5 minutes. 🔻As I always say, baking times vary a lot between ovens, so to avoid catastrophes, watch👀

And the most important step: take out of the oven, serve and resist the temptation to sink your teeth into it so you don't burn yourself! 😅
