Mix the yogurt with 125g of whole wheat spelt flour. When everything is integrated, add the warm water and the olive oil and mix everything. I used a whisk to mix it.

It will be liquid, but that's okay, as the more liquid the softer the bread will be inside.

Add the salt and baking powder and mix it all together. It will still be sticky.

Add the rest of the flour very little by little, until the dough begins to take more body. When we have everything well integrated we give it the shape we want, I made two little balls.

We put it on baking paper and put it in the oven for about 15 minutes at 190 degrees.
