🔺In a bowl mix the flour, salt and yeast. Add the water and the EVOO, form the dough and let it rest for 5 min.

Knead 10min and let stand 1 hour covered in a greased bowl.

Knead just a little to remove the air. Divide the dough into 8 parts and form into balls.

To form each bagel, flatten the ball with your hands, place it on a floured surface, insert your finger in the center and make circular movements to form the central hole. Keep covering the bagels as you make them.

🔺Put water to boil, add the baking soda and boil each bagel 12 seconds.

🔺Paint the bagels with vegetable drink and add sesame seeds on top.

Bake them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees in a preheated oven.
