1
If we do not have date paste, we can easily make it by hydrating them with hot water and crushing them with that water.

2
We will use a food processor or blender to grind everything well. I usually add the wet ingredients first, bananas, eggs, date paste, melted coconut oil, vegetable milk or whatever you like, and vanilla essence, blend everything well (I can't remove or change this photo 😅).

3
Then add the dry ingredients except the carob flour (or, failing that, the cocoa powder). Ground oats, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and a pinch of salt. And grind everything well again.
4
We will have a fairly liquid mixture, we will pour into our molds up to about half of it,

5
Now add a few pieces of choco 85% in each of the molds.

6
Now in the remaining mixture add the tablespoon of carob flour (or cocoa powder) and mix well to integrate and fill the molds with it without reaching the edge to be able to add a few more pieces of chocolate on top. And because they will grow when baking.

7
We put them in the oven preheated to 185, about 18 min. We keep an eye on them, but do not open them before at least 15 min. and as we see them we leave them 2-4 min. more.

8
With these quantities I got 12 and I had some of the second dough left over to make two more muffins just dark... q tb were delicious! 😋😋
