Cut all the vegetables and fry them in a pan (first the onion and garlic cloves).

Add the beans, spices to taste (garlic powder, oregano, pepper...) and the SOY SAUCE and the TOMATO, and SALT, until cooked (medium heat).

Once the mixture is cooked, we grind it until we get a kind of "minced meat", somewhat unpleasant, which we will handle better by adding the necessary spoonfuls of flour (oatmeal, spelt...).

Form 4 small balls (or depending on the size you want) and flatten them to give them a hamburger shape. We put them in the frying pan turn and turn until they are cooked and we will have them ready.

OPTIONAL: Dip them in bread and combine them with lettuce, tomato, onion.... and ENJOY!
