Preparación de la receta
1
Put the flour in a bowl and make a small hole in the middle with a finger. * The original recipe does not make the hole, but my mother always does it this way for the empanadas so I have tried it and it gives me better results).
2
Melt the yeast in a glass with a little warm water.
3
Add to the bowl along with the flour all the other ingredients (in the hole we made earlier): the water with the yeast, the oil, the salt and the rest of the water (warm, never cold).
4
Stir well until a homogeneous mass is formed.
5
KNEAD. When everything is well mixed, sprinkle a little flour on a wide surface and put the dough on top to work. Knead for about 5-10 minutes. * The dough should be flexible, but a little firm and should not stick to the fingers. - if we see that it is too dry, add a little more water. - if we see that it sticks too much we add a little more flour.
6
REST. Make a ball with the dough and put it in a bowl covered with plastic wrap. Let it rest in a warm place for about one hour. After this time the dough ball should have doubled in size.
7
STRETCH. The recipe is for two normal pizzas, so we will split the ball in half making two small balls. * In case we are only going to make one pizza we can freeze the other ball to use it at another time. We put a little flour on the work surface and stretch the dough with a rolling pin, giving the desired shape.

WE ALREADY HAVE OUR PIZZA DOUGH READY! Now we just need to add the ingredients we want, put it in the oven and enjoy! 😋😋😋
