Preheat the oven to 180°. Peel the kiwis. Add all the ingredients and blend very well with a mixer. Spread the dough on baking paper on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

When you take it out, with the help of the baking paper, roll the cake carefully and put it in the refrigerator.

While it cools, prepare the filling. Beat 1 ripe banana, 200 grams of cream cheese, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, until you get a super smooth texture. Refrigerate for consistency.

When everything is well cooled, carefully unroll the sponge cake. Put the filling we had prepared all over the surface and roll it up again. Refrigerate for another while so that it does not lose its shape. The longer it is in the refrigerator, the better. To serve, it can be cut into slices and dipped in melted chocolate, or simply eat it as it is. Either way it is delicious 🤤.
