In Thermomix: 1. Add all the ingredients and program 20 sec. speed 4. 2. 2 min speed spiga 3. Leave in the glass (covered with a cloth) for 1.5 hours to rise. 4. 1 min. speed spiga 5. Another hour of rest

By hand: 1. Pour the flour, yeast, salt and oil in a bowl, add the water little by little and mix it all until you get a homogeneous mixture (wear gloves so that your hands don't stick). 2. Let stand for 1.5 hours 3. Knead a little to degas 4. Let stand for another hour

Oven: 1. Preheat to 200 degrees. 2. Lower temperature to 160-170 degrees and bake for 45 min.

In the GM pot, after degassing (after point 4 with Thermomix and point 1 by hand): 1. Preheat by setting fry mode to 140 degrees. 2. Turn off the pan and put baking paper in the pan. 3. Put the dough in and cover the pan for half an hour. 4. Oven menu, 45 min at 160 degrees

Cut into slices to make realfooder toasts.
