Put the chopped apple in a saucepan with half a glass of water. (I left the skin on, but you can peel it if you prefer). Cook until the apple is soft. Grind with the blender

Preheat the oven to 180° and line the baking tray with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix the oat flakes, chopped nuts and cinnamon to taste.

Add applesauce, melted coconut oil and date paste to the bowl and mix well.

Spread the mixture evenly on the baking tray.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, open the oven and stir to toast on both sides.

After the time has elapsed, remove from the oven and allow to cool.
