Preparación de la receta
1
Chop the bananas and raw carrot and mash them in a juicer (or grind the banana and grate the carrot finely). Add the eggs and date paste and combine all the wet ingredients in a bowl.
2
In another bowl mix the dry ingredients: oat flour (crushed flakes), baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and ginger (spices to taste), and a pinch of salt. Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and integrate.
3
Once the mixture is integrated, separate it into two bowls, and to one of the halves, add the cocoa powder.

4
In a mold with baking paper (I used 20x20 but you can use a smaller one), apply both mixtures in spoonfuls, without mixing, until all the mixture is in the mold. Then, with a skewer, make drawings in the mold so that the colors are more mixed, without integrating them.

5
In a preheated oven at 180°, let it bake for 45 minutes. Test with a skewer if it is well cooked (the skewer may be stained with chocolate but it should come out clean). Let it cool before cutting and serving (if it is cut while still warm it may give the sensation of being raw, but it is because of the flour, which leaves that sensation. It is well cooked and is a moist dough). Enjoy!
