Put all the ingredients in the mixer bowl and mix well until homogeneous.

We spray our mold with an easy release spray and pour the batter into it.

Bake for 20 minutes at 160 degrees with heat up and down.

Remove, let cool, unmold and add our toppings.

I made it mini-cake style, that's why my baking time is longer.... If you want to make it in a classic, individual way, remember to adjust the baking time.

Vanilla custard, vanilla ice cream or whipped cream are usually used as topping. In our case you can substitute it with a little yogurt. And don't forget to pour a good amount of syrup on top!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
