Place the oat flour, ground almonds, date paste, oil and peanut butter in a bowl and mix with your hands without compacting (it should be like crumbs).

Peel and cut the apple into small squares, add the mashed banana and cinnamon to taste. Steam for 2 minutes in the microwave.

Place the fruit in a baking dish and sprinkle the "crumbs" on top. Bake at 200° for 15 minutes

Warm is very good and if you accompany it with a realfooding ice cream is the perfect combination.

If you want to make a cake with crumble underneath and on top, double the amount of crumbs. First put a layer of crumbs and bake for 15 minutes, then add the fruit and the other layer of crumbs and bake for another 15 minutes.
