In a large bowl, add the flour and salt. Stir. Add the water and the yeast diluted in a glass with a little water.

Knead, if it is too hard add a little more water and if it is too wet add a little more flour.

Let the dough rest well covered until it doubles in size, which could take between 1 and 2 hours more or less.

Knead again a little more and make portions of about 150gr. Shape each portion into a cylinder and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Let stand for about 10 minutes. Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees, 15 min.
