Chop the onion and fry it in AOVE until it gets a little color.

Chop the garlic and add it to the onion.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the onion and garlic. Let everything cook for a couple of minutes.

Add the soy sauce and the vegetable broth (water can be substituted). We also add the spices to taste.

In the glass of soy beverage we dilute the whole wheat flour. When it is well dissolved, add it to our pan and stir well.

Leave everything for a couple of minutes to cook well and thicken the sauce. If you see that it is too much wait you can add more water or vegetable broth.

In this case I used it as a side dish with a good rice dish, but it looks great with anything 🤗.
