Preparación de la receta
1
Hydrate the yeast with part of the water (a couple of spoonfuls), and add the previously hydrated and crushed date. Mix well.

2
Put the flour in a bowl. We make a volcano, and add the milk, water and beaten egg. We mix.

3
I also added some fried onion in olive oil.

4
You can see that the bread is perfect, although I still have to improve the shape a little 😆.

5
Those are the sausages.

6
When there is no dry flour left, add the yeast mixture and knead until it is well integrated as shown in the photo.

7
Mix the butter with the salt and add it to the dough. You will see that at the beginning the dough is very greasy and a little sticky, but as you knead it will lose this texture and it will become smoother and "dryer".

8
We put it in a clean bowl greased with oil and put it in the oven covered with a cloth. ⚠️Truco: I preheat the oven to 30-40° and when I put the dough in I turn it off. This way I make a kind of homemade fermenter. We let it ferment for 1h30min or 2h. Depending if you use the trick or not (photo before fermenting).
9
Depending if you use the trick or not. It will double in size and you will see that it is a soft dough. We degassed a little, divide the dough into portions of about 100g, boleamos (give shape of ball pressing a little against the surface of the countertop or clean table) should. Be smooth.
10
When we finish all the balls, (which come out about 8 breads), with a rolling pin we flatten each ball and roll them on themselves. Making a kind of canutos (the photos are deleted 😔😔😔😔 will not let me upload them).
11
Place on a tray with parchment paper separated from each other and again take to ferment for 1 hour.

12
After that hour we see that they have doubled in size, brush with milk, add sesame or seeds (optional) as in the photo, and bake in a preheated oven. 200° about 10- 15min. Until golden brown.
13
➡️Las sausages you just have to pass them through the pan, they are from Lidl and are good processed, as they are 90% meat. ➡️Las sauces are mustard with a little turmeric to give it a more yellow tone. And homemade currykepchup. Ingredients: curry, good processed fried tomato from mercadona, vinegar and date paste. It is very tasty. If you want it normal you only have to omit the curry.
