Beat 2 ripe bananas with a splash of vegetable milk.

Beat the eggs until they are foamy and white, without whipping. Mix with the beaten bananas.

Sift the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together. Gradually stir into the egg mixture with the bananas. Stir with wrapping movements.

Add the raisins and walnuts and pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Peel a banana, cut it in half and place it on top of the dough. Garnish with chocolate chips if desired.

Place in a preheated oven at 180 with heat from below and above with fan. 30-40 min until a toothpick comes out dry but with a little creaminess from the banana.
