*This would be for 1 person First we will make the sponge cake in the microwave. In a bowl put the ground oats, yeast, a tablespoon of date paste, egg, cinnamon and optionally a splash of AOVE, I have put it because it looks better. Mix everything very well and put it in the microwave for about 3 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the coffee and let it cool a little. When the sponge cake is ready, unmold it and let it cool before cutting it into layers. Once it has cooled, we cut it into 3 layers or more depending on the height of our cup. Mine was a bowl type so it will come out bigger.

Once it is cut, bathe the slices of sponge cake in the coffee until they are very juicy.

Now we proceed to assemble it. We put a layer of sponge cake and spread with a layer of yogurt to which you can put date paste to sweeten. Repeat the process until all the layers are complete.

Finally, sprinkle pure cocoa on top and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours so that it takes consistency. The longer the better. I hope you like it ☺️
