Pour the flour and yeast in a bowl. Add the seeds and stir a little.

Pour the oil and water. Add the salt and stir until you get a compact dough that you can work with your hands.

Cover again with a cloth and let it rest for 60 minutes.

After this second rest, our breads will have risen a little. We make a cut along the length of the bread roll.

Place the tray in the oven preheated to 225. Bake for approximately 20 minutes.

Pour some flour on a surface where we can comfortably work our dough.

Knead it for 7-8 minutes until you get a thin and elastic dough.

Make a ball with the dough. Sprinkle flour in a bowl and put it on top. Cover with a cloth.

Let the dough rest for about 120 min. It should double in size.

After this time, turn the dough again onto a previously floured work surface.

Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces of about 80 grams each.

We will flatten each piece in the shape of a circle. We will shape it into a muffin. There is a way to do it and that is by folding from the outside inwards to the middle and then doing the same with the other side. When they meet in the middle we will seal them well. Turn over and shape. If this step is complicated to understand, we will make the roll in the most comfortable way.
