Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the carrots in the blender and blend 40" at speed 9.

Add 10 dates and 125 ml of milk and blend again as before.

Add the rest of the ingredients (except the cheese spread, the rest of the dates, the rest of the milk and the walnuts to be kept for the cream) and knead.

Grease the baking pan and pour the mixture into it. Bake for 25-30 minutes

For the cream, put the ingredients in the mixing bowl except the walnuts 30" speed 7, put in a bowl to cool.

Chop the walnuts into small pieces. Mix the walnuts with the cream.

Let it cool and when it is cold pour the cream on top.
