Soak the dates with a few drops of vanilla aroma and a splash of water. Leave for about 5 minutes and grind until it becomes a paste.

Place the yogurt, date paste, eggs, banana, half orange with rind, coconut and oil in a bowl and blend until well mixed.

Next, add all the other ingredients and mix well.

With the oven already hot, pour the dough into the molds (about three tablespoons per donut) and bake for 15 minutes. Turn off the oven, and without opening it, let the doughnuts rest for another 10 minutes.

Unmold and we can put the topping we want. In my case, I have injected some with 85% chocolate melted in the microwave, others with peanut butter. You can put the topping you want, but even without anything they are delicious and super fluffy. I got 16 donuts with these measurements.
