Mix the ingredients for the dough: 40 grams of olive oil, 100 grams of water, salt and 200 grams of spelt flour. Let it rest while we prepare the filling

Cut an onion and fry it in a pan with a little oil. When it is golden brown, add the mushrooms and let them lose the water. Then add the chicken breast cut as small as possible. When it is almost done add salt and evaporated milk. Let it evaporate and add the mozzarella until it melts.

Divide the dough into 8. Make small balls and roll them out with a rolling pin. Put a small amount of the mixture, close the pie with a fork and brush with egg. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and it's ready.
