Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and once melted add to the batter while whisking.

Transfer to a bowl and add the cocoa, sifted flour, nuts and baking powder. Mix well.

Put the dough on a baking paper, shape it and decorate with more walnuts. Close the paper in papillote.

Bake 30' at 180° up and down heat. When finished (check with a toothpick) leave with the paper open on a wire rack until cool.
