Preheat oven 200º. Combine the flour, yeast and salt in a large bowl. Stir. Add a little warm water and check the texture. It has to be a little dry, without too much water. Grease a baking dish. With oiled hands, mold the bread dough for 5 minutes. Shape it and put it in the container. Put in the oven at 200°C and bake for 1 hour. Keep checking. Prick with something sharp and see if the prick comes out clean. If it comes out, it is ready.
