Mash the bananas with a fork. Add two teaspoons of invert sugar (homemade), a teaspoon of coconut oil, two eggs and beat until everything is well blended. Add the spelt flour, add 10 g of ground almonds and then 40 g of oat flour (although you can add 50 g of ground almonds for this step). And now we add 30 g of oat flour (or protein). And we add the teaspoon of baking powder and finally the tablespoons of cocoa powder.

Put it in a tray and put some pieces of choco 85% on top (to taste). Put in the oven at 180° for 35-40 min.
