For the base: grind the cashew nuts to powder.

Melt the butter in the micro.

Add it to the cashews along with two teaspoons of the date paste and a couple of teaspoons of cinnamon and blend everything together.

Transfer to a mold pressing the dough well against the base and set aside.

For the filling: put the cream in a saucepan to heat.

Add the camembert and cream cheese to the saucepan and stir until melted together.

Transfer to a bowl and let stand.

When it has cooled slightly, add the eggs and the rest of the date paste to the bowl. Whisk so that it is all integrated.

Transfer the filling to the mold and bake at 190º for 35 minutes.
