Squeeze the orange and measure the 100 ml, if it takes something less it does not pass anything. Add the rest of the water up to 300 ml.

Weigh all the ingredients and then add them to the bowl.

Add the orange-water mixture, oil and salt to the bowl.

Then add the 500 gr of wholemeal spelt flour and the yeast on top.

Lild bread maker: activate the sponge program in mine, number 2, medium toast and for 1000 gr bread.
