Whisk the eggs and the date paste, then while whisking, add the milk and when everything is mixed, add the oil.

We mix on another side all the dry ingredients (flour, yeast, cinnamon and zest). These last two are to taste.

Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture until everything is homogeneous.

I let the dough rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator and then I will prepare them in the mold until a little more than halfway. I added 85% chocolate to some of them.

Oven at 250º and when it is ready we lower it to 200º and put the tray in the oven and leave it for 14 to 16 minutes.
