For the base: crush the almonds together with a tablespoon of date paste and the weetabix cookie. Place in a bowl crushing a little and put in the fridge.

For the filling: soak the gelatine leaves for 5 minutes. Bring the milk to the boil, turn off the heat and add the previously drained gelatine leaves. Mix well.

On the other hand, grind the hazelnuts into a paste. Then add the chocolate previously melted in the microwave and mix well.

Add the rest of the ingredients along with the milk and gelatin. Mix well (use the blender or food processor, it will be easier).

Place the mixture on the base you have prepared before and store in the refrigerator. Wait at least 5 hours to consume it. Enjoy 😊

Tips: for the base you can use any nut you like, it looks great with hazelnuts, you can also use cashews and instead of the weetabix cookie you can use oatmeal. If you like it sweeter you can add more date paste or even add the whole dates to the crusher. You can also use any vegetable milk or drink.
