First, put the liquids, 3 tablespoons of EVOO and 300 milliliters of warm water in a bowl.

Add to the bowl with the liquids the 450 grams of spelt flour, the 7 grams sachet of yeast, 2 teaspoons of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar.

Put everything in the breadmaker and select the dough mode, which will take about 110 minutes.

When finished, we put the dough in plastic film well wrapped and put it in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.

Remove the dough from the plastic and divide it into the number of pizzas you want.

Knead the dough with a rolling pin, trying to get a circular shape and a thickness according to your taste.

Once the dough is kneaded, put it on the oven tray and put a base of tomato, another of cheese on top and finally the ham and put it in the oven.
