Mix the yeast with the previously heated water.

Add the flour, salt and oil. Knead. I did it in the Mambo of cecotec and it is at speed 2 for 5 minutes. If not by hand it can be done perfectly.

Once the dough is ready, leave it in a floured bowl covered with a cloth for 1 hour.

Put the dough on the baking sheet with baking paper. In this case I cut the dough into 4 pieces but it can be made as a loaf. Let it rest until it more or less doubles in size.

With the oven preheated to 220°, we make some cuts on the dough, pour a little water on top and a little flour. We put it in the oven and it will be ready in about 30-40 minutes. Halfway through the baking time I put some aluminum foil over the loaves to prevent them from burning but still cooking.
