Let's start with the dough for the base: Mix the flour with a pinch of salt and the diced butter and knead until everything is well integrated. Add the egg and knead until the dough is homogeneous. Wrap in plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. After this time, roll out the dough with a rolling pin, cover the base of the baking pan (ovenproof) and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180° (you can put baking paper and some vegetables on top to make weight).

And now, with the stuffing: Clean and chop the vegetables and poach them in a frying pan with a little oil. In a bowl mix the poached vegetables with the eggs and cream. Add a pinch of salt and grated cheese.
