Preheat the oven to 200°.

In a bowl, mix the oats, nuts, dried fruit, cocoa, cinnamon, orange zest.

Add the coconut oil, honey and date paste.

Spread the dough on a baking paper, flattening it well so that it is as thin as possible and toasted evenly.

Bake in the baking pan for 25 minutes at 180°.

Remove from the oven and set aside.

Heat the chocolate in the microwave at low power, stir so that it does not burn and add a teaspoon of coconut oil so that it is not so thick. Spread on top of the dough in the form of threads.

Let the dough cool and let the chocolate harden. Break into pieces of the desired size and store in a jar (preferably glass).
