Mash the bananas (preferably ripe) and mix with the date paste, chia and flax.

Crush the pistachios and hazelnuts and add them to the mixture.

Add the rest of the ingredients. Peanut butter, milk and oatmeal. The quantities are by eye. It has to be a moldable paste

Bake in the oven at 160° for about 40 minutes, or until golden brown.

Melt chocolate. I used 85%. And dip the cookies, or bars and put it in the fridge or freezer depending on how hot it is to harden.
