In a bowl add the 300gr of flour, the yeast and a pinch of salt. Stir well. Add the warm water, the yogurt and a finely chopped clove of garlic. Knead well until a ball is formed. Let stand 1 hour covered.

Chop the other clove of garlic very fine and the coriander (quantity to taste. I used 5 sprigs). Mix them together with a tablespoon of butter in a mortar.

After at least 1 hour, divide the ball into 6 portions and roll them out with a rolling pin. Spread the cilantro, garlic and butter mixture over each portion with a knife. Heat a frying pan over high heat. We are doing each bread first on the side that does not carry the mixture, for about 40" (you will begin to see some bubbles), and then we turn it over without pressing it against the pan, leaving it less time on this side. You can put it in a bread pan covered with a cloth so that it does not get cold. Ready!
