The measurements are approximate. I used one piece of each vegetable. Cut the vegetables into very small pieces. Sauté it in the pan with a little AVOE until poached. Add spices to taste (in my case, salt, black pepper, ground cumin).

Pour everything into the baking dish. Place slices of York ham on top, covering everything.

Beat two eggs, add the tablespoon of spelt or oat flour and the tablespoon of yeast. Stir it all until you get a homogeneous unit. Pour it on top of the slices of ham.

Finally add the grated cheese until it covers everything and basil in spices. Oven 180-200 degrees (already preheated) about 15 minutes approx or until the cheese is browned. And enjoy! 😋
