4 - My little trick is to heat the microwave for a few seconds and then put the bowl in the microwave to help the dough rise. I leave it for an hour to rise.

5 - Preheat the oven to 190 heat up and down. Divide the dough in two and stretch with a rolling pin. Fill to taste.
