Wash the apple. Peel it and with the same peeler remove the core and cut it into not very thick slices.

Once the apple is cut, put the frying pan on the fire to heat it up and prepare the dough in which we are going to coat the rings that we have already cut previously.

Now mix the egg with the measure of soy beverage, and add the whole wheat flour and cinnamon. We mix well until we get a homogeneous dough and we add one by one the rings and put them in the hot pan. And when I've had them all I've poured over them a bit of alpro oatmeal yogurt. 🍏🥣 But you can add any topping. ❤️
